How to Extract PDF Pages to MS Word

When you’re looking to extract PDF pages to Microsoft Office Word, you’re given more than one option. First is the easiest, which is to enlist the services of the internet. There are websites available that dedicated to extracting PDF pages to Word. If you’re not anywhere near an internet connection, the second option might be more suited to help you.

Our second method includes the following steps:

  • Step 1 – Move your cursor to the selection tool and click it.

  • Step 2 – Make sure you click from the first word you want to include and drag the cursor all across the text you wish to export. Ensure that everything highlighted is, in fact, what you’d like to extract from the PDF.

  • Step 3 – With your cursor, right-click above the highlighted/selected text.

  • Step 4 – After the drop-down menu appears, click on the Export Selection As…’ option. An export Selection As’ dialog box should appear shortly.

  • Step 5 – In the ile Name’ input box, type the file’s new name.

Once all these steps have been followed, locate the folder that you saved the new file in, you can open it up and it’ll open in MS Word. The layout should be the same format that PDF had.

How to Extract PDF Images on MS Windows

There isn’t any single way of extracting PDF images, which makes this process less difficult than it otherwise has to be. With the various options you have, the best way to do this is all up to you. I’ll show you the one that takes the least amount of effort.

Taking a Standard Screenshot:

  • Step 1 – Open the PDF document with the image you want. Scroll down the PDF until the image is in clear view, unobstructed by any other active windows.

  • Step 2 – On your keyboard, look for a key that says rt sc’ (This short-hand for the print screen) and presses it once.

  • Step 3 – Open the program called aint’.

  • Step 4 – Right-click on the clear white panel and from the drop-down menu select the paste’ option. This should immediately paste the entire screen’s screenshot.

  • Step 5 – Click on the Rectangular Selection Tool’ then click and select your desired image.

  • Step 6 – Once the desired image has been selected, click on the top’ function. This should delete any unwanted section of the screenshot and leave only the selected image behind.

  • Step 7 – once you’re satisfied with the final image, go toile’ and choose ave As’ in the drop-down menu.

  • Step 8 – In the ile Name’ input box, type the file’s new name.

After following all these steps, you should have successfully extracted your PDF image successfully.
